Please be aware that our branding plates only work with our irons due to a proprietary mounting system.

If you are one of the hundreds of customers who use our irons to make clear and crisp impressions on your projects and products, you can design a brand-new head for your existing tool. Diversify your branding options effortlessly with extra branding iron heads.

Our electric irons have interchangeable branding plates but any additional plates must be roughly the same size as your original plate. The wattage of your branding iron is based on its size.

We make our branding plates in high-quality aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy or brass. Both materials produce identical results as far as sharpness and detail go.

Choose a removable head made from solid aluminum for a balance of affordability and performance, or solid brass for extreme durability for a lifetime of use.

Materials for Branding Iron Plates

Our branding plates are primarily designed to be used on wood, but they can also be used on leather, food and other soft materials, such as plastic.

Just remember when you place your order that your plate needs a deeper relief when used on leather, food and other soft materials.
